At Sukoon Label, we pour love and meticulous craftsmanship into every stitch. Since our garments
are sustainably produced and often made-to-order, we follow a mindful return policy.
Return Eligibility:
We accept returns or exchanges within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible, the
item must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in the same condition that you received it, with all
original tags attached.
Made-to-Order & Custom Items:
Any items customized to specific measurements or
personalized colorways are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
How to Initiate a Return:
To start a return or exchange, please email us at support@sukoonlabel.com
with your order number and the reason for the request. Do not ship packages back without prior
written approval.
Refund Processing:
Once your return is received and thoroughly inspected, we will notify you of
the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be credited back to your original
method of payment within 7–10 business days.
Shipping Costs:
Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning
items unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
